These folks are the best! On time, professional, awesome warranty. I paid to have it overhauled about five years ago. A spring broke yesterday. They were out first thing this morning and replaced both springs free of charge. The technician knew what to do and didn't waste any time doing it.

I purchased both a 1 car garage door and a 2 car garage door and the results are like night and day. The new doors are much better insulated, look phenominal and the new openers (belt driven) are super quiet. Later, when having trouble programming a Car2U remote in my 2010 Ford, Precision immediately responded to my email and sent someone out the next (Sunday) morning to look into it (btw: can't program Car2U remote on newer openers). These guys have fantastic customer service.

Brian did a great job. He was thorough in his initial diagnosis. We called for a repair but ended up replacing both openers, they were 20+ years old. The new system is very quiet and Brian showed me how to use everything. He worked quickly, quietly, and cleaned up his mess. Thanks Brian!!
