FIVE STARS! My HIGHEST recommendation goes to Precision and their professional service technician Brent! He contacted me early, arrived and gave me a range of options for my door. I could replace the spring and it would be fine, or I could choose to upgrade a few pieces of the system for a reasonable price with a warranty. I now have a door that works great with a warranty for a terrific price! Understand sales, it's refreshing to have an honest person explain your options without any pressure.

Bottom line, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the best servicer for our garage door that we have every had. I have lived in 5 different houses, all with heavy garage doors, and had service stickers on the wall. Precision is the most professional group of persons I have ever experienced, very quick, very knowledgable, and will continue to help you if needed in the future (with advice, maintenance programs, materials to use, and DIY ideas that are just part of being a good steward).

Kept appointments on time and even gave me the courtesy of texting me 30 minutes ahead of arrival time. One immediately feels comfortable with the personnel - from the receptionist to the technicians. I feel that I got what I paid for!

I was very satisfied. It was comforting to know who would be coming (in company truck), what he would look like & his name. Brent called when he was on the way. When he arrived he checked everything out and explained the problems & my options. He was very profession, while being nice & friendly at same time. He was able to answer any questions I had. He replaced the motor, springs & put new seal across the bottom. I like my door much better now it is nice & quiet with the new belt. Went on line set up the appointment. Told the chat person what my problem was. Gave them requested information. Very easy process too. Was given a window when I would see the technician. He diagnosed the problem, that was easy though. Old motor wearing out and also opening on its own. Installed new equipment and had it working well in short order. Brent the tech seemed knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. At this point I am happy with Precision.

Our garage door spring broke late on a Saturday night. I called early Sunday morning, and Brent showed up two hours later. Thirty minutes later the door was working again. Brent was quick and courteous. Should I ever need work done on the garage door again, I'll be giving Precision a call.

Very pleased with the service provided by your company today. I had the springs replaced on my overhead door, and thought for sure this would be a couple hour process. I was wrong. The technician that came to the house knew exactly what he was doing. All I had to do was point out the problem, and he knew what to do from there. He was done in 40 min.! Great guy, great attitude, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call on you all again should the need arise, and will recommend you all to everyone I know. Thanks again!

Expecting to have a remote opener replaced, however, our system was 22 yrs old and Brent, our technician, explained the value and benefit of having a new one installed. I had a problem with my garage door not staying closed. I just happened to get a flyer in the mail for Precision Garage company so I called them. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant. We worked out a time when the technician could come. It was the same day I called. My technician was Brent Halbur and he was outstanding. Called me before he came and when he arrived, he was very professional and very pleasant. He told me what to do in the future. I would definitely call this company again and would recommend them to all of my friends.

Tech was 15 min. past due, however, he had just completed a LARGE job in Louisville, and considering the traffic, It's a wonder he made as good a time as he did. Mother board went out on our opener, prompting a check of companies doing repairs. Precision offered weekend appointments without extra service charges. The office person took my information and scheduled a Saturday morning appointment. The technician came when promised and after weighing my options (repair the 10 year old unit or purchase a new opener) it was decided to purchase a new opener. We decided on a belt-driven opener to replace our chain driven one. The technician installed the new opener and belt in about an hour. So far we are very pleased with the new opener, as it is extremely quite. I would recommend Precision to others.

A rib on the garage door broke on a Friday night. Could not get the door to close. Had to leave the door open all night. On Saturday started looking for someone to fix the door. First couple of numbers I tried were closed for the weekend. I saw the site for Precision that said they were open on Saturday. I called the number and got a very professional agent who said that they had an opening from 3-5pm and that Brent would be the technician. Yeah, yeah, I thought. Well Brent called at 3:30 and said he was 20 minutes away. When he got there he got right to work. He gave me two options. Repair the door with reinforcing rods - 3 would be needed at $70 a rod plus $48 for service call. Wow, I was impressed. Not only did he give me the options but told me the cost. The second option was for a new door. At first, I opted for a new door but it would take a week to get it and then another week to schedule. He said he would reinforce the door so that I could open and close it for that period. He reinforced the door and did such a good job that I opted to not get the new door. I could not have been more impressed with their professionalism and service.
