I’ve used Precision Door in the past for a repair. The service tech did a great job and left their company sticker. When I recently bought a new vehicle, I scheduled an appointment to have the door opener synced to my SUV. The service tech was very courteous and professional. He looked at my SUV and the door opener, and wasn’t sure they would sync because of the age of the opener. He kept trying and got them to sync. I greatly appreciate his effort! I’m looking into getting a new opener and will definitely use Precision Door. Wonderful company with great service techs! I highly recommend!

Jason was our technician today. He showed up promptly and began work immediately, explaining not only what was needed but why. When he finished he took the time to go over a few maintenance issues that I could take care of myself. He was pleasant and professional. I have every confidence that his repair was thorough. I was told when I first requested work on my broken garage door the approximate time a technician would arrive at my house and Dakota was there promptly. Dakota, the technician, was very professional, explained the problem, and completed the work to my satisfaction! I rate this company a five star.

I picked Precision because they were able to help me faster than other companies. Including the one that installed the garage door. They said they had 24 hour emergency service but no one could come down to let us out of the garage we were trapped in. And the earliest they could get to us was 3 days. Wonder why they advertise 24 hour emergency service. Next garage service will be first to Precision.
