We purchased a new garage door in May and have been overall very happy with it. It was starting to squeak a little and hook a little on the track. From the telephone operator to our estimator we were pleased with the professional and friendly staff we experienced. We were able to get a quote the same day we called, actually within an hour of calling. Our estimator Chance was courteous, quick, and informative. Great service. Chance identified the problem immediately. Line of path for sensors blocked by snow shovel. Along with identifying the issue he checked the remotes for proper service and re-educated me on the wall panel, especially the lock and unlock button. Thanks to him I should not have any further problems anytime soon. Even recommended where to get garage door lubricant. Great professionalism. Mike H.

We had to go to some lengths to contact Precision Door Garage Service because we had misplaced our 2012 Invoice. Having been pleased with that service we wanted this company to help us again. Our technician, Chance, came on time and immediately diagnosed our problem. He also recommended replacing our door "rollers" as a means of solving one of our concerns. He tolerated my watching him go about his work and that did not reduce his efficiency or courtesy. We will definitely call on this company again if we have difficulty. We strongly recommend Chance and were pleased to know that we can call on him if he is available in the future when we need help.

Outstanding job Chance! He was able to arrive a little earlier than dispatch projected. Chance replaced our broken springs and discovered a plastic bearing that should never have been installed when the garage door was first installed years ago. He replaced that bearing and serviced the door rollers. Now, instead of hearing the garage door open across the house, we only hear it if we are in the garage itself. Wonderful job!
