My garage door torsion spring broke overnight. I called them first thing the next morning and they had a technician out within an hour. The technician, Tim May, was fast, efficient, and explained everything thoroughly! It was less than two hours total from first contact to completion of the job. SUPER impressed and pleased! A spring broke on my Garage door on Friday evening 3/29/24. On the Saturday morning of 03/30/24 I went to your website and asked for an appointment. Your office called me within 30 minutes , scheduled a Technician to be at my house between noon and 2PM, today, the same day, he arrived at 11:30 AM and had the repairs done by 2PM. Jason Wallace was the Technician. You could not ask for a better person and better customer service. I used Precision before and will again. Good JOB, and Thanks.

Great experience! I was first impressed that Precision was able to send someone out 2 hours after I called to set up an appointment to fix a broken tension spring. Kyle was outstanding with his service and was a very professional, friendly and detailed technician. Less than 90 minutes later - my garage was as good as new. Thanks again Kyle!
