My technician was Brent. I had both my garage opening mechanisms replaced, including sensors and keypads. Precision was there the same day, and it only took Brent 1.5 hours to do it all. Afterward he showed my how to set my keypads. Very satisfied with the service!

Precision was my second choice your company reminds me of Sears you call for repair your told you need a whole new unit I won't be using your company again my garage door makes same sounds as it did before you all repaired it 573.00 is quite expensive for springs

Brent was on time, saw the problem we wanted fixed, and during his inspection he discovered other issues that needed maintenance and replacement. We were very happy he took the time to look at the whole door, not just the item we asked to be fixed. Our door works GREAT now, we never knew there were other issues, we just figured that was how the door was when we bought the house. We are very happy customers.

Ask us in a month or two for a review and we'll tell you and future customers how well everything is working. We chose to replace many of the moving parts rather than put in a new door as well. If everything works as flawlessly as it did today, we'll definitely call Precision, Brent, for door replacement. We replaced springs, motor, opener, etc.

Pricing on parts/labor was about as expected, even with a full rebuild of all mechanical parts on the door being performed (minus the motor/drive system). We had a torsion spring break on the Friday before New Year. I called their 24 hour number and was immediately connected with a very helpful young lady who set up my appointment for the following day. Not only did the technician arrive early he then proceeded to repair my door very quickly and efficiently. The best part is the bill was very reasonable for a Saturday repair on a holiday weekend. Great service all around.
