We can't say enough good things about Kyle and the fantastic service he provided! We originally called him out thinking we just needed a quick fix for a loose bracket on our garage door. Kyle showed up promptly, took a thorough look, and quickly spotted a much bigger issue—a broken spring that we hadn’t even noticed. He explained everything clearly, walked us through our options, and got to work right away. Instead of trying to upsell us on a whole new door, Kyle made the necessary repairs efficiently and professionally, saving us a ton of money. The door works better now than it has in years! It’s rare these days to find someone who’s both skilled and honest, and Kyle is exactly that. We’d recommend him to anyone needing garage door work—five stars without hesitation.

Wonderful service! I called at 3pm and they were at my house by 5pm. Door was back to operating 20 min after Kyle arrived! Kyle was super professional and a pleasure to work with. Garage spring broke. Called the company that normally does my business and they were not making calls due to an impending snow storm. Called Precision and they were out in two hours to fix the broken spring. The technician was excellent. Great experience! I was first impressed that Precision was able to send someone out 2 hours after I called to set up an appointment to fix a broken tension spring.
