What a relief that Precision was able to fix my garage door on a Sunday. Cam, the technician that came out, was just wonderful. He explained the issue that I had very clearly. Once we decided on a course of action, he went about his work very efficiently and completed the work within an hour. Great Work!

This is the 2nd time I’ve needed Precision for immediate response. They didn’t let me down. The spring broke & the door wouldn’t lift. Appointment time was 2-6 & the gentleman showed up at 1…after calling to let me know he was on the way. My options were new springs or a rebuild with new springs, cable & rollers. I chose the rebuild & am very satisfied. It was a bit more but all parts are guaranteed for 5 years. Work was done quickly & I am very satisfied.

I called precision due to ads l had seen on tv. I was not happy with my current company. I am so glad l called precision. Technician, David, was able to come ahead of schedule. He explained everything he was going to do before starting the job. He was kind, patient & very courteous. He finished in record time, went over everything again & asked if l had any ?’s. I was very impressed with the service l received & will be calling again when it’s time to have the ‘coils’ replaced.

After a through review of Overhead Garage Door Service Companies in November 2019 we selected Precision and were completely pleased with the installation of a new door. This week we experienced a problem with the Chain Drive Operator and called Precision and scheduled an appointment. Representative Thomas J arrived at our home exactly on time, made a an in inspection of the situation, professionally explained the problem. I am appreciative of his explanation and purchased a new Chain Drive Operator. Furthermore, will highly recommend when occasion arrives.

Thomas did a great job! He was right on time. He inspected both doors in addition to adding a new heavy duty weatherstripping to the bottom of both doors He changed one cracked hinge and one broken hinge on the larger door. He was quick, but at the same time very personable. I highly recommend him!

Thank you very much to John and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We had a broken wire to the electronic eye at the bottom of the garage door. It was a simple fix. And John completed the task quickly, efficiently and courteously. However, we had been living without the ability to use our car's clickers to open the garage door for several weeks because we thought it would be a hassle to get it fixed. Not true. We called after 12PM. We got an appointment at 4PM. It was fixed by 4:15PM. Now, we are good to go. Thank you.

I had problem with my garage door for some time, as it had become too noisy to the point that it was embarrassing. I contact a garage door service company on line who just checked it briefly and sprayed the frame of the door etc. That did not really work and I still had problem. I am so glad that I called your company and lucky to get En Womack. He came over on January 21st, 2020, was very detailed oriented, knowledgeable, polite and caring and knew what he was doing. He fixed my problem and I haven't had noisy garage door since. Thank you En.
