Rick did an excellent job installing a new system. He showed up on time and did a great job explaining the system. He corrected some of the braces which were here already and then installed the new equipment with expert knowledge. Great service, technician was professional. I am just blown away by the cost. Two springs, two bearings, and 40 minutes for the repair, 898$. That is insane, I am in the Military and don’t make a ton of money, so that hurt a lot. But I had to get it repaired. I feel like it’s a bit of a gouge. I would recommend your service to people but warn them of the very high prices. Respectfully. pc

My garage door opener had died and I knew I'd be looking at a replacement. The new opener is much more sophisticated but very user friendly. I like all of the extra features. Jason W. was my repair technician. We discussed two problems: 1. I thought was a stretched chain, and 2. the garage door is really noisy. There really wasn't a problem with the chain and he didn't try to fix a problem that didn't exist. Instead he thoroughly checked my door and we decided if I had some different rollers, plastic instead of metal, they would run smoother and more quiet. He was right! Dwayne you should be thankful you have a responsible and honest repairman, like Jason W., who looks out for your customers and represents your company so well. Thank you!

Trying to think of reason not to give a 5 star rating. I thought the cost was high. That said I have no experience in garage door repair. The phone rep and technician were very good. The tech clearly knew what he was doing and the door not only works but seems to have a smoother operation.

We had questioned when the house was built the company they used- we didn’t think it was originally installed correctly, but he found the problem, fixed it on the spot, and was not that expensive.
