I highly recommend this company and my tech Jason. Thank you all for great service in a time where customers are asked to wait due to employee shortage. He was able to fix the door and also lubricated all of the moving parts to prevent any additional issues in the future. We had a garage door problem in 2013 called Precision and got same day service. We had another garage door problem on July 15, 2018 called Precision and again got same day service. The Tech that came and did repairs was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. We would Highly recommend Precision Overhead Door Service.

Precisions add in the yellow pages was an eye catcher. Everything from the person answering my initial call to Tommy's professionalism was a pleasant experience

Response and communication was easy, if you don't mind being ripped off! DO NOT CALL these people; for a simple, single garage door spring repair job ($300-$400), they provided 2 quotes, one was $988 and the other was $1,100. If you are in the Bardstown/Cox's Creek area, go with Bardstown Overhead Door; they charged $350 and gave me none of the run around BS.
