We bought our garage door and opener system from Precision several years ago and have been pleased with the products and their service. Rick, I am shocked at the price that we were charged for a simple repair of our garage door. $300 an hour is outrageous and then to be charged the $89 on top of that is highway robbery! We have used Precision before but will Not in the future. When I spoke to the receptionist about the fee to come out to check the problem, she led me to believe that if your company did the work we would not be charged.

Precision Garbage Door helped us tremendously when our door open failed to work returning home from having surgery. Jacky was out even sooner than expected, which worked for us and was extremely professional. It didn’t take long to replace the opener and to add an outside keypad that I had been wanting. Now we are having them to install 2 new doors and openers at my dad’s house and Jacky was there to provide that estimate for us and again very personable and professional. When I call the reps raking the calls are nice, courteous and friendly. I have recommended Precision Door already. Thank you!!

I chose Precision because they are Veteran owned. I have used them for probably 15 years. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. I always appreciate that the response is usually the same day if I call the first thing in the morning. I don't think anyone likes not being able to get out of their garage. I got the sensors replaced and had a maintenance service while the technician was here. I highly recommend them if you need garage door repairs!

Excellent replacement of my garage door opener! After finding out it would require 3 or 4 days to acquire the parts to rebuild my 24 year old garage door opener, I decided to just replace the opener because of the age of the opener and the length of time it would require to obtain parts. The opener was replaced in minimal time!
